We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff treated us very well, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel had two great perks: free tea and coffee at the reception, available anytime, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. the location was ideal, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of popular landmarks.
One inconvenience was the need to ask the staff to open the main door every time I entered the premises. It would have been more convenient to have a system, such as magnet tokens, to use.

great stay in prague, hotel exceeded expectations - friendly staff, comfy bed, perfect location near old town square and train station. breakfast had variety and changes daily. rooms well soundproofed. night porter even lent an umbrella. couldn’t have been happier.
